Is This Credit Card Interest Scam Calling You? - +1 219-613-3282 ((219) 613-3282)
Summary — +12196133282
Expert Opinion
Like a stray dog barking at the door, this number keeps showing up with empty promises and no bite. The pattern across reports is clear: callers claim to lower credit‑card interest rates, cite Experian or a fake “U.S. Government Lending Agency,” and then disappear without a voicemail. The accent cues and vague scripts point to a robocall‑fraud operation targeting vulnerable consumers. If you get this call, let it ring out, block the number, and report it to the FTC. Never press any keys or share personal data, and consider using a call‑blocking app to silence future attempts.

It's obviouse that ther's no such agency, the US goverment doesnt lend money, they only collect it, so this is just a scam.

The call to my cell phone did not result in a message being left
Apparently, this is a fraudulent number. An automated message claimed I was eligible for a reduced interest rate on my credit card, and after pressing 1, I was connected to a person with a non-American accent. The individual attempted to verify my identity, stating they worked for Experian on behalf of major banks. However, their request seemed suspicious, especially when they provided a seemingly fake callback number while laughing. Beware of sharing personal information, as this is not a legitimate method used by banks or credit card companies.
