It's likely that Independence Blue Cross is behind these calls, possibly soliciting health insurance, given that they called twice on 4/1/20, and I have family ties in that area, initially making me think it was an April Fool's joke.

The caller inquired about my preferred language for communication and made multiple attempts to contact me.
I got two calls from this number today, but no message was left, earlier i talked to Blue Cross's customer service and now i think it was a survey about that call, since it was a cell phone i didnt have caller ID

It appears that this number is actualy from another country, but my caller ID picked up an international prefix, making it look like it was from area code 215, internationl criminals are using this tactic to scam people.
My caller ID showed that the call was from Independence Blue Cross, my health insurace company, but I didnt pick up, and no mesage was left, they called me twice

Clearly, the caller was using a spoofed number, attempting to sell home repairs, and when led on, transferred the call to a supervisor, both of whom had Indian accents, before eventually becoming aggressive and ending the call.
