Apparently, numerous people have fallen victim to similar tactics, with "Kimberly Marshall" contacting me daily about a supposed unpaid payday loan, claimin she will take legel action, including arrest, but I dont have any such loans

They claim my daughter has a payday loan, but its not true, its a scam.

Upon receiving a call from an individual claiming to be Brad Mitchell, who mentioned a 'pre-litigation' matter involving an alleged attempt to defraud a financial institution, I was skeptical. The message left on my voicemail, as well as on my human resources department's voicemail, seemed like a generic, scare-mongering script. Notably, they failed to provide the name of the company they represented, which raises suspicions about the authenticity of their claims.

I was contacted by this number, claiming i owed a loan from 2014, but i was living on a diferent island at the time, and the lady was very rude, telling me i was rude for telling the truth, this is not the first time they've called with this scam.

These people are trying to stress me out over a loan, and it seems like they are trying to scam me, I wish they would just stop

These peoples have been calling me for several weeks, and they left a message today with a threat to escalate the matter if i dont respond within 24 hours

I hung up on him and didn't listen to the message he left from a different number, 678-890-5917. I'm certain it's a scam.

A message was left on my machine, it sounded like a prerecorded script, talking about a 'very important business matter' and asking me to call back, totaly rediculous.

Despite repeated requests to cease contact, calls continue to be made from this company, with representatives hanging up when queried about their identity

A call was made, and upon calling back, I was informed I owed $1,700 to Castle Payday, despite never having a loan with them; the caller had some of my personal information but refused to provide a written statement.

It's ilegal for them to use these tactics to collect debts, and they cant throw you in jail, also contacting family and friends is ilegal, so i sugest checking the Fair Debt Credit Act and telling them they're trying to collect debt ilegaly

If these people keep harassing you, report them to the attorney general, and ask for a physical adress, you'll probaly find its an empty parking lot

I beleive that alot of companys, like ACI collections, USB Mediations, BCW group, are all working togeter, they buy your personal informations from old payday loans, and then they start calling you

These people are the worsed, they try to intimadate you, but they're not even real lawyers, they'll tell you they have a paralegal, but it's not true, they'll say they work for investigations, but they dont, they'll threat you with a bench warrant, but it's all a lie, dont give them any money.
