Cold calls are being made to gain access to people's computers, and in one instance, the caller was kept on the phone for over 30 minutes, providing amusing responses, particularly given the recipient's Microsoft certifications and network administration background.

A caller claimed to have detected security issues with my computer, which raised concerns about potential scams.

The individual who called was extremely rude and attempted to deceive me by exploiting my fear of computer issues.

I received a call from an individual claiming to be Mike with an Indian accent, stating he was from I Secure Vap, which appears to be a scam, as he hung up on me abruptly.

I received a call and informed the person that I was a computer expert, which prompted them to hang up, only to call back again, leading me to believe it was a scam.

Apparently, this scammer contacted me yesterday, claiming a computer security issue. The representative insisted my computer was contacting them and even mentioned having my license number, which I promptly questioned. After some back-and-forth, the call was disconnected, supposedly to escalate the issue to a manager. It was an entertaining exchange, but a clear scam nonetheless. Be cautious and avoid sharing personal information.

Ive recieved two calls from this same person in one week, they claim to have my computer info and liscence, thankfully I didnt give in to them, thanks for the advise on how to avoid them

It is frustrating to deal with persistent calls from individuals who seem to be harassing others.

After conducting some researh on this number, I found that they have called me multiple times, there are alot of unsuspecting people out there, here is what I discuvered:

A caller with a thick accent claimed my Windows computer was infected with malicious bots, allegedly contracted by Microsoft to resolve the issue

Due to the heavy accent of the indivdual claiming to be John smith, i struggeld to comprehend the suposed compremise of my computer systerm, eventualy i realised it was a scam.
