The calls started over the weekend, and they have been frequent, approximately every hour, and after speaking with someone, they inquired about a platinum visa card, which is not owned, and then requested the last four digits of the social security number, which was refused.

Everytime I try to answer, there's just silence in the background, so I hang up, and then they call back 30 minutes to an hour later and do the same thing, it's really annoying, I wish they would just leave a messge or something

Despite being told they have the wrong number, they persist, posible trying to colllect debts from customers, which is understanable, but the freqency of calls without leaving messages or only background noise is absolutly unacceptible!
