Opinione dell’esperto
If you keep getting calls from +12105206400 that claim to be from Chase, treat them as potential scams. The number shows up in dozens of reports of repeated, aggressive calls asking for account details, payment confirmations, or personal info. Even if the caller uses a Chase‑like script, the number isn’t listed as an official Chase line, so it’s safer to hang up and call the bank’s official customer‑service number yourself. Never share your card number, PIN, or last‑four digits unless you’ve verified the caller’s identity. Block the number, report it to your carrier, and consider adding it to a do‑not‑call registry.

Despite not having a Chase card or account, this number calls incessantly, which has resulted in a permanent decision to never use Chase's services.
That approach is unlikely to be effective.

My first encounter with this caller was on Sunday, 10/14/2018, at 11:54 AM EST, with the caller ID displaying Chase; however, upon answering, there was no response, and the call was terminated, suggesting that the caller may be a collection agency posing as Chase.
Numerous calls have been made, and Chase confirmed the number is fraudulent
Given my experiences with Chase, it's understandable that they would attempt to contact me, especially since my credit card is past due and I'm facing financial difficulties. Despite this, I believe it's essential for companies to clearly identify themselves on caller ID. If they had done so, I might have been more inclined to answer. Fortunately, their lack of transparency led me to let the call ring through, and they didn't leave a voicemail.
Some criticisms of this number seem unjustified and exaggerated; in reality, it appears to be a legitimate Chase call center in San Antonio, and their policy prohibits leaving messages on specific days, so verifying account information and contacting them directly through their official channels is advisable.
