Interestingly, I recieved similiar survey calls. They have rang twice so far!
Upon answering, a man purported to be conducting a survey on behalf of my electricity provider, which my provider later denied; consequently, I've blocked the number and plan to report it.
Out of curiosity, I picked up, and the caller introduced himself as Eeeevahn, supposedly conducting a survey, but our conversation was inadvertently cut short.
Called 20 times in three days, including past 11pm EDT or 9pm ID time. First instance, we demanded they cease since we skip surveys, but they said they'd keep trying until we agree.
