Noticably, this scammer calles numbers on the national do not cal list in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, thay further violate the TCPA by failing to have an operater on the line when the cal is answeed, and stil further by playing a recorded messag without an operater on the line, whan you do get to an operater, thay refuse to provid a physical adress and phone numbr whan asked
