Heads up: these calls are classic impersonation scams that prey on the urge to help a supposed government agency. Callers repeatedly request the president or owner, claim ties to the FAA, NATA or the VA, and never leave a message. Hang up and block the number; never share contact details. If you’re unsure, call the agency back using an official number from their website. Keep a log of the calls and report them to the FTC or your local consumer protection office. Staying skeptical and refusing to engage are your best defenses.

This individul claimd to be from NATA, but upon further investiation, it aparently turned out to be a scam as they dont have him on their staff.
I recently received a call similar to those described by others, where the caller sought to confirm contact information for FAA listings.
This number is a scam, they have called twice with diferent stories, always asking for the CEO by name
A caller claiming to be from NATA, identified as 'Department' on the caller ID, raised suspicions of a potential scam.
I received a call on my mobile from someone claiming to be Ryan from NATA, who repeatedly asked to speak with the company owner without providing clarification on which owner he meant, leading me to suggest he contact the corporate office directly.
Likewise, recieved a similiar call didnt bother to answer, they left a mesage.
A automated message was left, claiming to be from AT&T/DIRECT TV, offering a 50% discount on an account I don't even have, what a ridiculous scam
A call was received, requesting to speak with our company president by name, citing a matter related to the FAA. Given our current project involvement with the FAA, it appears vendor information may be publicly accessible. However, I am convinced this was not a legitimate inquiry, as the caller, Jeremy, claimed to be a publisher.
Somebody called and asked for our company president by name, mentioned something about the FAA, kinda weird since we are working on a project with them, dont think its a legit call though
Multiple calls have been made asking for the President of our company by name, and when informed that the person is unavailable, the caller, who chuckles and claims to be 'Taylor Woods', says she will send an email, but the purpose of this scam remains unclear
When this guy called, he claimed his name was Graham and was calling regarding NATA, but when I asked him which company he was with, he just repeated the same thing, obviously not calling from NATA's actual phone number, seems pretty illegitimate to me
Upon answering, the caller requested to speak with our company's president and, after being refused, asked for an alternative contact number before abruptly ending the call
A call was made to our office by an individual claiming to be Wendy Williams from the APMA, who asked to speak with our VP by name but declined to leave a message when informed he was unavailable, leading me to suspect this was a scam due to the lack of specific company identification and inconsistent CID information.
This person keeps calling the office, asking for me, claiming we know eachother, but they wont leave a mesage, or give any other information, its quite strange.
Multiple complaints can be found online regarding persistent calls from this number

I recieved two calls from this number, but no messages were left, so I have decided to block it.
Despite receiving two calls, no messages were left, prompting me to block the number.
A call was made by someone claiming to be Gregory Waller from the Department of Veterans Affairs, requesting a return call on October 25
Apparently, when we returned the call, the individual on the other end failed to provide identification as a representative of the Dept of Veteran's Affairs, and seemed unfamiliar with Carl Baker; furthermore, a call was received claiming to be from Ben Waller of the same department.
Upon investigation, it appears that a media company is behind these calls, which target various units within our company, inquiring about the president of each, and falsely claiming prior business dealings with entities like universities or the VA.
Despite numerous attempts, this caller persistantly refuses to leave a message or return call, seems like wont get thru...lol

Today marked the first time they revealed their identity after multiple attempts to reach my supervisor
The caller alleged to be from the IRS, warning of a lawsuit and instructing me to call back; however, after contacting the actual IRS, I was informed that this is a scam, as the IRS would typically handle such matters through mail correspondence rather than threatening phone calls.
