The person claimed to be a U.S Dept of State Authentication officer, they told me my FBI report would not be aproved because they couldnt verify it, and instructed me to call the FBI and have them contact the U.S Dept of State to give the aproval, but they didnt ask for any information or request anything from me, which I found quite odd.
